The CREBA Clark International Chapter (CREBA-CIC) charted on the 27th day of July, 2024 will rise to help Filipino families build strength, stability and security through decent shelter.

The Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) recently announced the staging of its national convention for the year in Baguio City from October 15 to 17, 2025 in celebration of its 52nd founding anniversary which coincides with the government-prescribed National Shelter Month.
Angeles City, Philippines – The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders' Associations (CREBA) is set to host an electrifying event, CREBA’s Got Talent, on April 22, 2025, at the Sky Garden Cafe & Resto Bar in Korean Town, Angeles City.
CLARK FREEPORT — The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations (CREBA) successfully staged the Real Estate and Housing Expo 2025 from April 24 to 26, in line with the Central and North Luzon Regional Housing Conference that ran from April 22 to 26.
Our chartering and induction ceremony exceeded all expectations, blending celebration with commitment. We officially launched our organization and warmly inducted new officers and members, laying a strong foundation for future successes and collaborative growth.
The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association (CREBA) Inc. will be chartering the 25th chapter in the country slated on July 27, 2024, 5:30 PM at Royce Hotel (Old Building), Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines
First and foremost, let me take this opportunity to convey my profound gratitude and thanks to my family and my fellow members of the CREBA-Clark International Chapter (CREBA-CIC) for their whole hearted support, tireless time and generous contribution to the success of chartering a new CREBA chapter… The 25th chapter in the country.
This 27th day of July, 2024 at Royce Hotel and Casino, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines, mark another milestone of CREBA by chartering and inducting new members and officers of CREBA-CIC that will face great challenge to families build strength, stability and security through shelter.
We CREBAns are professionals in action who create lasting change in our communities and ourselves, who come together to strengthen our connections to friends, associates, partners and neighbors, and our commitment in improving lives of every Filipinos.
Why, Clark International Chapter?
As presented by both our resource-speakers, the huge intra-structures and developments of both Clark export processing zone (EPZ) and the New Clark City Special economic Zone (SEZ) offers a huge Multi-Billion Pesos opportunities, open for business on a lease or joint venture arrangement to the private sectors. The housing demand for the more than 2.0 Million Clark workforce and the stake holders is a chance and great challenge for our Chapter family to participate, venture and be partner with BCDA in helping Filipino families build decent and affordable Homes as well as a Nation Building.
Lastly, I am deeply honored to be the charter president of the CREBA-CIC and with commitment to lead and to carry the mission of nurturing nourishment for the members growth as well as to ensure that procedures and policies are adhere to for the chapter to reach it’s journey of success, attributed to the members full support, tireless hard work, dedication and commitment to serve.
