Inspirational Messages

Chapter President

My warmest congratulations to the CREBA-Clark International Chapter for your chartering and induction ceremony!

This milestone marks the beginning of your exciting and fulfilling journey towards our common goal of providing quality and affordable shelters for Filipinos.

With the full blast implementation of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s flagship Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program and as we navigate the challenges of sustainability, affordability and urban sprawl, we recognize the enormous task before us, and that we cannot do it alone. We need reliable partners from the private sector like CREBA.

Thus, we at the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development are filled with gratitude to have the CREBA tread this path alongside us. For we know that we share the same vision of developing sustainable and resilient communities. Your support and commitment are essential for a more progressive Bagong Pilipinas.

CREBA’s philosophy, vision and mission not only align with our mandate but also resonate with the dream of every Filipino family, especially the poorest of the poor, to own safe, decent and affordable homes.

And so, on behalf of DHSUD, I sincerely commend the CREBA-Clark International Chapter for your unwavering dedication and tireless efforts to help realize this dream. The Department is committed to further collaborate and support your initiatives to make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of Filipinos.

Together, let us build a greener, brighter and more sustainable future for all under Bagong Pilipinas!

Chapter President

On behalf of the CREBA Board of Directors, it is my great pleasure to welcome and congratulate the men and women behind the successful creation of the CREBA – Clark International Chapter!

Our role in the Chamber underscores the property sector’s two-fold role in building communities. First, it is a business endeavor which thrives in the bright promise and limitless opportunities of our time. On the other hand, it is a social responsibility that calls for excellence, integrity and honesty in all home-buying transactions.

This reality is made evern more timelier not only because CREBA has marked its golden legacy as the voice and vanguard of Philippine real estate and housing stakholders for the past 50 years since its inception; but more so because the local property industry is re-positioning itself as a dependable engine of growth en route to the country’s full economic recovery.

As CREBA puts its collective strength, experience and expertise as an organization towards pursuing its “Five-Point Agenda for Housing,” we urge each one of you to take part in bringing families and communities closer and closer to this life-long dream.

We call on everyone in the real estate and housing sector to forge more strategic partnership and pave the way for the best solutions to achieve our long-term vision towards “A HOME FOR EVERY FILIPINO.”

More power to all of you!

Chapter President

Allow me to congratulate the new officers and pioneer members of the CREBA Clark International Chapter on their official chartering day and induction to office!

The birth of this new chapter in an area teeming with opportunities in various aspects, especially housing and real estate development, is not only timely but necessary to set a united front and provide our industry a voice given the multi-disciplinary and over-arching benefits that each activity in the property sector generates.

With CREBA’s golden legacy and history of helping transform the real estate development landscape in the country by working together with government and industry stakeholders , may the men and women of the new CREBA Clark International Chapter echo this commitment soundly, both in their own rights and together as a group, to find lasting solutions to industry issues and concerns in the country and turn them into vibrant opportunities.

Mabuhay, CREBA Clark International and we look forward to your growth and future achievements!

I send my warmest greetings to the officers, directors and members of our youngest Chapter, the CREBA Clark International Chapter!

For more than 50 years, CREBA has transcended the various interests of industry and profession-specific organizations to provide its members the opportunity of holistically understanding the property sector and its continually evolving challenges.

As proud members of CREBA, we have a social responsibility of advancing the well-being of all sectors of the property industry. Just how well we can achieve our objectives shall be the measure of our shared purpose and will, so I enjoin all our chapters and their respective leaders and members to rise to the occasion.

To all of you in the CREBA Clark International Chapters, congratulations and welcome to the CREBA Family!

Our commitment is reflected in our exciting new developments, including prestigious hotel additions like the Hilton Sun Valley Clark, Wyndham Garden, The Henry Hotel, and the upcoming Crimson Hotel. These projects align with our vision of providing exceptional accommodations for both business and leisure travelers.

For the first and second quarters of 2024, CDC has recorded a total committed investment of P73 billion. This comprises P44.4 billion for the first quarter and P28.6 billion for the second quarter.

This initiative reflects our shared goal of creating sustainable and inclusive communities.

Ongoing upgrades to parks, playgrounds, and recreational facilities underscore our commitment to community development, enhancing Clark as a vibrant and family-friendly environment. Additionally, our collaboration with local artists and artisans will celebrate and preserve our rich cultural heritage, fostering a strong community identity and enriching experiences for all residents and visitors alike.
