This continued partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) significantly contributes to the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. which now has more inclusive and accessible modalities such as horizontal development, rental options, community mortgage programs, incremental housing, and programs for all income segments. This initiative is a cornerstone of the Bagong Pilipinas vision of the President that embraces innovation, inclusive growth, and meaningful reforms.
