The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations (CREBA), in collaboration with Clark Development Corporation (CDC), organized the Real Estate and Housing Expo 2025 from April 24 to 26, as part of the Central and North Luzon Regional Housing Conference.

The event connected employees and investors with trusted developers, showcasing housing and property opportunities within and beyond Clark. Industry experts like Alejandro Manalac and Engr. Mario “Jun” Alzona Jr. led discussions, while companies such as Filinvest, Hausland, Boysen, and the Pag-IBIG Fund presented housing solutions.

Attendees benefited from free seminars on home financing and property investment, and enjoyed special raffles, auctions, and exclusive discounts designed to make homeownership more accessible. Admission to the expo was open to all at no cost.
